Yin Yoga-monday

Yin Yoga - 50 minutes of meditative yoga. Yin Yoga is a deeper breathing type of yoga where students hold poses longer than your typical yoga class. Yin Yoga transitions are significantly slower, enabling a deeper connective tissue release during practice.

Yoga-Tuesday and Thursday 630pm

Vinyasa Yoga - 60 minutes of movement with breath, connecting each yoga pose to the next connecting students to themselves on a deeper level. Vinyasa Yoga is an all level yoga class.

pilates friday 930am & wednesday 630pm

Pilates creates a way to strengthen from within. Exercises combined with breathing designed to increase flexibility, strengthen the body and mind, as well as, create awareness. These 60 minute classes are led with intention and focus is directed towards the breath.
