Heather Yost is a creative, spunky, hip hop and rap enthusiast whose classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt! She likes reading, cooking aromatic dishes, meditating and rapping along to Tupac. She loves yoga because it makes her feel good and allows her to find balance. Her favorite place is Yellow Springs, Ohio. Her favorite foods are anything Asian, Indian or Mediterranean. Her favorite yoga pose is Savasana!


Danielle Sieh is a versatile, encouraging, people lover who's classes are tough but fun! She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, taking pictures, drinking coffee, relaxing on the beach, and trying new things. She loves pilates because she enjoys the way it makes her body feel during and after. Her favorite places are New York City, New York and Oak Island, North Carolina. Her favorite foods are Mediterranean, good pizza, tacos, and chocolate.


Vincent Graves has been teaching vinyasa yoga since March of 2016 and has been practicing for over 15 years. Vincent was inspired to teach after recovering from abdominal surgery and starting his personal practice over from almost the beginning. Studying through the YogaFit system, Vincent teaches a vinyasa flow that incorporates balance, strength, flexibility, and power to provide a class that is practical, accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness or past yoga experience.
